Coventry Building Society cuts fixed rates

On Thursday 16 August, the Coventry Building Society will cut the rates on its fixed offset and residential mortgages:-

Two Year Flexx Fixed – down from 6.25% to 6.09% (no ERCs)

Three Year Fixed – down from 6.09% to 5.99%

10 Year Fixed Offset - down from 6.09% to 5.99% (ERCs for first five years only)

A new 6.19% Five Year Fixed with no ERCs will also be introduced on the same day.

All products offer a free valuation and free legal fees for remortgagors.
