Lloyds TSB launches re-mortgage cashback offer

As research reveals that two out of three (64 per cent) re-mortgagers are curbing Christmas spending to help meet increased mortgage repayments, Lloyds TSB is launching a re-mortgage cashback offer.

The new two-year fixed deal gives re-mortgagers a lump sum of £500 cash when they switch from another lender.

Alison Burns, director of network mortgage sales, Lloyds TSB said: “Many re-mortgagers are tightening the purse strings this Christmas to meet increased payments in today’s higher rate environment. This competitive fixed rate, together with £500 cashback, gives a welcome boost to homeowners’ New Year finances.”
