Abbey launches automatic verification for mortgage products on Trigold

Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) has announced that Abbey products on the Trigold sourcing system will be automatically verified to ensure brokers can guarantee that they are receiving up to date and accurate information.

Brokers are commonly concerned that information about mortgage products on sourcing systems needs to be fully verified, up to date and accurate - especially given the high volume of products available. Abbey has currently ensured its most popular products, all of its flexi and Buy To Let have been verified, and going forward all new products listed on the Trigold system will be automatically verified as soon as they are posted.

Ricky Okey, Managing Director of Abbey For Intermediaries said: “Abbey for Intermediaries is committed to delivering the products and services that brokers want. We have listened to brokers and introduced this important upgrade in service in response to their feedback.”

The announcement follows previous service enhancements offered by Abbey through Trigold. In October last year Abbey for Intermediaries became the first lender on Trigold to supply both a full mortgage range through the online broker tool and a range of insurance policies including Abbey’s ‘Bedroom Plus Insurance’, New Build Insurance and Payment Protection Insurance.
