GKSA supports London Masters Rallycross competition
Following the success of its involvement with the Rallycross Open Championship events at Lydden Hill, GKSA has decided to extend its involvement with the sport to include the London Masters Rallycross Competition, held at ExCeL on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December 2007.Established in 1974, GKSA undertake full mechanical, electrical, Public Health and energy surveys for all types of buildings. Based in Kent and Bristol, they provide their design service on-time and on-budget to a variety of different clients, whether new build or refurbishment projects. They are experts at sustainable designs and environmentally friendly design solutions.

Our initial introduction to Rallycross was very well received by our clients and with London being our prime business location is a major bonus, supporting this event was a natural next step.”
Around 100 competitors will take part in the competition including British Rallycross Champion Ollie Donovan and Open Rallycross Champion ‘Mad’ Mark Watson. With Division 1, Super National, Procar 1600 and 2000, Revivals, Junior Rallycross and Minicross categories, visitors will be on the edge of their seats watching the exhilarating live action. The purpose built circuit is around 14.5 metres wide with an approximate length of 650 metres. The lap time for a Division 1 car is expected to be between 30 and 35 seconds with an average speed of approximately 80mph. The circuit was created by the PSM Motorsport Ltd circuit construction team and London Motorsport Show organisers Starting Grid Ltd in association with Shannon Holdings. The show is also supported by London Mazda.

The London Masters is just one of the exciting features of the 2007 London Motorsport Show which covers all disciplines of motorsport from Karting through to Formula One and is a must for any motor racing enthusiast. Doors open each day from 10am and the show closes at 6.30pm on Saturday with the rallycross event finishing at around 8pm and 3.30pm on Sunday.
