What’s your car worth?

19th November 2007 Print
Those looking to buy or sell a used car can download a detailed valuation report from Glass’s – the motor trade’s most trusted source of vehicle pricing data – at a special offer price later this month.

From Monday 26 November to Sunday 2 December the reports can be downloaded from glass.co.uk for £2.50 instead of the usual £3.50.

Each report is compiled by the same team responsible for Glass’s Guide, the car dealer’s ‘bible’, and the tailored valuations take account of a vehicle’s mileage, condition and specification levels, as well as up-to-date external factors affecting its desirability in the used car market.

Rather than a single value, users receive a comprehensive valuation assessment which accounts for the possible condition of the car (Excellent, Average, Below Average) and also includes a dealer retail price and a private sale value. The user’s personalised valuation can be viewed on-screen, and a certificate can then be saved or printed.

“This offer will enable more consumers to buy or sell a used car with confidence, knowing that they are using a realistic value from a trusted supplier of data to the motor trade,” comments Tim Brown, Commercial Manager at EurotaxGlass’s.
