ACM ULR launches new vehicle repair service
ACM ULR, the claims management business within the BGL Group, has launched a vehicle repair service that enables the business to offer complete accident management to BGL Group and partner brands, plus insurer partners.ACM ULR has established a network of just under 150 high quality repairers throughout the UK. These have been hand-picked to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of work. In addition they are all data networked with ACM ULR to provide complete visibility of progress.
As a result, ACM ULR now provides end-to-end support for customers with non-fault claims, from taking first notification of loss calls and arranging vehicle collection, to supplying replacement cars and arranging repairs.
Bob Perry, Managing Director of ACM ULR, said: “ACM ULR has been operating since 2003, handling claims reporting, injury compensation and uninsured loss recovery for BGL Group brands and external partners. We saw an opportunity to extend what we offer to these brands and partners, to provide high quality customer service and ease the pressure on insurers’ claims lines. I’m thrilled to be officially launching this service today. It will add real value both for our own brands as well as our partners and their customers.”
The new services from ACM have led to the creation of 20 new roles, including network managers and controllers, finance roles and claims handlers, with more job opportunities expected in the coming months.
Bob Perry continued: “What sets us apart from others is the level of quality. We have selected our repair network very carefully to ensure an exceptional service both for the end customer and for our teams managing the progress of repairs. All our call handlers are trained to high standards and costs are closely managed to ensure the best possible deal for all involved.”
