Mondial Assistance credited by VBRA for tip top training
Mondial Assistance continues to show its commitment to providing the highest level of technical and customer care training with the announcement that it has become one of the Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association Ltd (VBRA) appointed supplier members for training provision.Mondial’s award winning Warrington based training centre is renowned within the industry for providing outstanding training courses and excellent facilities. The VBRA was highly satisfied by the standard of training provided by Mondial and has used the premises for its own training purposes on a number of occasions. Malcolm Tagg, Director General of the VBRA comments: “We are impressed by the great level of training provided and are pleased to formally recognise Mondial as a training supplier.”
The Mondial Assistance technical training centre not only supports its own network of roadside assistance technicians for its bespoke manufacturer roadside assistance and warranty programmes with excellent technical, customer service and health and safety training, but also provides training to companies from a wide range of associated industry suppliers. Susan Lennard, Head of Training & Business Development at Mondial Assistance comments: “At Mondial we take care to understand companies’ business requirements; identify individual staff training needs and provide tailored training from basic diagnostic skills to an advanced level of technical, roadside recovery and customer care nationally recognized qualifications.”
The VBRA announcement follows a series of awards and recognitions highlighting Mondial’s outstanding technical training in 2007.
