27th February 2008 Print
LeasePlan, the world’s largest vehicle management and leasing provider, has become the latest leasing company to sign up as a business champion of the government backed Driving for Better Business programme managed by RoadSafe.

With operations in 29 countries and over 20 years experience, LeasePlan has developed a trusted reputation for delivering market leading solutions for clients and is committed to helping improve the road safety and duty of care of its many customers.

LeasePlan will support the Driving for Better Business programme by offering speakers on the subject of safer driving at conferences and seminars as well as incorporating road safety details and duty of care responsibilities in their SafePlan programme for customers.

Sarah Easton, Head of Product Development at LeasePlan, comments: “We’ve worked with a lot of our clients in recent years to help them make their employees as safe as possible when on the road. In that time, we’ve developed a great deal of expertise – expertise we’re eager to share.

“Working alongside RoadSafe is the perfect way to put that expertise to good use. Their Driving for Better Business programme will help keep duty of care at the top of the agenda in boardrooms throughout the UK. Anything we can do to help them in that mission will be time well spent.”
