During this holiday period, Aeroports de Paris shops are providing this new free-of-charge service as part of their passenger assistance and information scheme. At Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, Aeroports de Paris will greet passengers immediately as their taxi draws up. A Personal Shopper will take their luggage, and direct them to their flight check-in counter. Once inside the terminals, passengers will be guided and advised by dedicated staff throughout their airport experience.

These expert services are personalized, innovative and free of charge. Personal Shoppers are citizens of the world, with an extensive knowledge of Christmas traditions in different countries. They know the latest local trends, and can help passengers find the right gift for a specific nationality or destination. What could be more appropriate for a major airport than a Personal Shoppers service!

In December, bilingual Personal Shoppers (speaking English, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and other languages) will be instantly recognizable in their special Personal Shoppers uniform. They will be on hand in clearly-identified corners inside Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, signed with a unique visual identity.
