Luxury British accessories brand set for global expansion Harold Tillman and Belinda Earl have entered into partnership with shoe designer Beatrix Ong in a move which will see major expansion of the growing British luxury footwear label by the same name. Sharing the same vision for the brand “Beatrix Ong”, Harold Tillman, Belinda Earl and Beatrix Ong are joining forces to build the brand into a global luxury accessories brand, a dream which Ong has worked hard to fulfill since launching on her own.

Beatrix Ong launched her label in 2002 after leaving the cherished role as design assistant to Mr Jimmy Choo and opened her flagship boutique in Primrose Hill in 2004, which has since moved to the Burlington Arcade in Mayfair in November 2007. Loyal wearers already include Kate Moss, Drew Barrymore, Mary-Kate Olsen, Alexandra Shulman and Dita von Teese.

Harold Tillman is the Chairman of the British Fashion Council and owner of Jaeger, where Belinda Earl is Chief Executive. Both Harold Tillman and Beatrix Ong are alumni of the London College of Fashion.

Harold Tillman comments, “I feel very strongly about supporting the incredible fashion talent we have in Britain. Beatrix has been recognized as one of the world’s top 10 upcoming shoe designers, but is at a crucial growth stage - it is our intention to help her cement this deserved position and guide her global growth to become one of the UK’s leading luxury brands.”
