For the first time, FTM will create a ‘pop up’ shop at the show where you can buy fantastic designer pieces from the young fashion and design talent stocked by the Shop@FTM, as well as a large selection of fashion related books and FTM merchandise.

The FTM stand will also provide an opportunity to catch an exclusive preview of the upcoming exhibition Undercover: The Evolution of Underwear, which opens on 12th June 2009. This exciting new exhibition traces the evolution of underwear, from health garment, shape definer to fashion ‘must have’.

It explores a number of themes such as boudoir to everyday glamour – ‘Stars and their bras’ looking at celebrity branding; how research and innovation has changed the way we wear our underwear; and how the changing face of underwear advertising and marketing meshes with social and cultural changes.

In addition, there will be the chance to enter a prize draw to win a free curator's tour of the new exhibition, along with a short break in an area selected by Vogue as one of London's coolest quarters. The lucky winner and a friend will enjoy a luxury night at the Bermondsey Square Hotel including dinner at Alfie's Kitchen, the newly opened boutique hotel's fantastic restaurant.
