The organisers of Chauffeur Drive ’08 are delighted to announce that some of the leading names in the motoring industry will be supporting the event, including the Vehicle and Operator Service Industry (VOSA), BMW and Mercedes, along with a host of limousine brands, highlighting the genuine demand for an event of this calibre.

Chauffeur Drive ’08, the world’s first chauffeur drive event launches in the UK on Sunday 20th April and Monday 21st April 2008. Taking motoring trade exhibitions onto the next level, Chauffeur Drive ’08, The Professional Drive Event, is solely for members of the trade and consists of three shows in one, a driving experience, car exhibition and an educational programme covering the business side of the industry.

VOSA has confirmed it will be present to discuss all aspects of the UK limousine industry, via an exclusive seminar at the event, as well as offering advice and information through its exhibition space. The Chauffeur Drive ’08 exhibition consists of the best in the industry, from car and limousine manufacturers, operators, used vehicles, governing bodies, licensing authorities and after sales businesses. Exhibitors already confirmed include BMW, Mercedes, LPHCA, TFL, National Limousine and Chauffeur Association, Public Carriage Office, VOSA, Krystal UK, Lexus, Volvo, Jaguar, A1 Stretch Limos, Executive Coach Builders, Institution of Professional Drivers and Chauffeurs, Tristar Worldwide Services, Royale Limousines, Direct Chauffeur Line Insurance and Duncton Finance, to name a few.

Chauffeur Drive ’08 will give attendees the opportunity to drive a collection of the world’s most impressive executive/chauffeur cars, with a unique experiential format incorporated into the event, allowing guests to compare and contrast the merits of each vehicle.

The event will be held at an inspiring new venue, Farnborough FIVE, which has allowed Chauffeur Drive ’08 to create a driving experience on a 6k and 9k circuit, that includes a wide variety of road conditions as well as high speed acceleration, braking and chicane handling areas. These features allow professionals to efficiently test the cars on display.

The exhibition will be complemented by a broad range of seminars in purpose built conference rooms, ensuring this event covers every issue and element that the driving professional needs to consider. Seminar topics will include Insurance, Licensing Laws, Promotion, Wedding & Prom Market and Recruitment.

To tie in with Drive ’08 the Chauffeur Quality, Service and Industry Awards will be held on Sunday 20th April, at the MacDonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, Ascot.
