Breast enhancements, rhinoplasty, upper eye, lower eye, cheek implants, rib removals, face lifts, Botox, collagen lips…the list goes on and on for celebrity enhancements in a showbiz trend that’s becoming ever more addictive!

Following on from the first Extreme: Celebrity Surgery documentary, Living TV has commissioned a second one-off show delving further into the increasingly crazy world of celebrity surgery. It’s sometimes obvious who has gone under the knife, but the jury is still out on some celebrities and the work they’ve had done. Celebrity Surgery is a craze that some say has spiraled out of control, with some showbiz faces addicted to repeatedly going under the knife in a bid to stay forever young.

Extreme: Celebrity Surgery will reveal 3 well known A-listers, Renee Zellweger, Cameron Diaz and Reece Witherspoon, and what they would look like if they had had certain surgeries on their eyes (Renee), nose (Diaz) and jaw (Reece). Cameron Diaz was recently quoted as saying: "I'm getting it fixed. I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all. One side of my nose is totally shattered - my septum is basically like a train derailed."

Victoria Beckham, Kate Beckinsale, Jordan, Joan Collins, David Gest, Tara Reid, Cindy Crawford, Meg Ryan, Tom Cruise - who from this list has had, or rumored to have had, breast enhancements, gone the whole hog with a face lift, booked a nose job or submitted to botox? Other treatments that are rising in popularity are collagen lip injections, dental surgery and hair implants.

The show will have commentary from well known celebrity pundits and journalists, saying exactly what they think of certain trends and celebrities.

Extreme Celebrity Surgery 2 will be aired on the 14th December at 8pm exclusively on Living TV.
