TV Success For Kelly Osbourne

Following on from Dean Gaffney’s live trial on ITV1 last Thursday, 809,000 viewers tuned to watch Kelly and the team bring more news and jungle action, making it the most watched multi-channel programme of the day. It also beat BBC2, Channel 4 and Five in multi-channel homes across the slot and last year did not achieve this figure until the final of I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
Zai Bennett, Controller of ITV2 says:
“We have a terrific presenting team in place bringing viewers highly entertaining content. The new format allows us to get the latest news and gossip from the camp as well as reaction and interviews with friends and family back home.
Kelly’s brash and cheeky style works really well with Mark’s straight man approach and as ever, their tongues are placed firmed in their cheeks!”
On launch night (13 November) the show took 690,000 viewers and a 6.28% share with the audience up 245,000 viewers (+55%) on last series' opening episode.
