Jade’s Mum Booted From Big Brother House

During last night ’s show, Big Brother announced live to the house that the first person to be evicted was Jackiey. This week it was a vote to save. Jackiey received the lowest number of votes with 4.6% of the total votes cast.

Last Friday – for the first time in Big Brother history – a family moved into the Big Brother House sparking major upheaval in the dynamics of the group. Former Big Brother contestant Jade Goody, her mum Jackiey and boyfriend Jack moved into the house. Eight of their fellow housemates were relegated to mere servants, waiting on the family hand and foot along with an exclusive coterie of three other celebrity ‘adoptees’: Jermaine, Ken and Shilpa.

Since then – and after the departure of Ken Russell on Sunday - the nation has been voting to decide whether Jack, Jackiey, Jade, Jermaine or Shilpa would be the first person to leave the house in tonight’s surprise eviction.

With no chance of saying goodbye to her fellow housemates, Jackiey was called to the Diary Room and told of her eviction. Her fellow housemates were watching the events on the plasma screen in the kitchen. On hearing the news, Jackiey said: “OK, OK” and took the news very calmly. Realising she had to leave her thoughts turned to her eviction outfit: “What about my eviction outfit? Do I have to go out like this? I’ve got no shoes on.”

The other housemates were shocked at Jackiey’s departure with Jade breaking down in tears. The group rallied round to comfort her with Jermaine adding: It should have been me.”

Housemates now face the first round of celebrity nominations.

As usual, the nominations will be confidential and housemates will be called alphabetically to the Diary Room, however, it will be Danielle who will be called first – not Carole or Cleo.

Once nominations have finished, Carole and Cleo will be called to the Diary Room together. They face punishment for their recent conversation about the nominations process and will be told that one of them will automatically face eviction this Friday – their fellow housemates must decide who.
