Oprah Winfrey tops the new Forbes list of “The 20 Richest Women in Entertainment,” with an estimated $1.5 billion in amassed earnings over her career, followed by J.K. Rowling and Martha Stewart, with $1 billion and $638 million, respectively.

To make the list, available at forbes.com/womenstars, these working female megastars needed a minimum net worth of $45 million amassed over the course of their careers.
