David Hasselholf To Write Tell-All Autobiography
David Hasselhoff is set to detail his "rough times" in a tell-all autobiography. The star feels ready to reflect on his global TV success and his personal battle with alcohol in a revealing memoir. He told TV show 'Access Hollywood': "I've gone through some rough times, going through a divorce and things were like, you know, when you are on top of the world with 'Baywatch' and 'Knight Rider' and then things were starting to unravel.
"I didn't work for two years. I stopped drinking and I got my whole life together. And I thought, 'I'm going through some down time and have some scandal in my life so I'm thinking of writing a book.' "
Last week, a video showing a drunk Hasselhoff rolling around shirtless on a hotel room floor trying to eat a hamburger surfaced on the internet. The footage was filmed by his 16-year-old daughter Taylor-Ann, after her father asked her to video him drunk so he could "see what he is like".
The emergence of the footage led to a Los Angeles judge suspending Hasselhoff's visitation rights to see daughters Taylor-Ann and Hayley, 14.
