Tara PT goes to the stock market

Three’s A Crowd Plc– the events management and lifestyle portal company created by London society girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and friends – will float on PLUS Markets on Friday 30th November 2007.

Three's A Crowd Plc, for which fundraising and support was facilitated by Addworth Plc, will list with a market capitalisation of £2.47 million and an Introductory share price of 3.5p. The gross proceeds ahead of Introduction were £489,840.

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who is on the Board of Three’s A Crowd Plc said today:

"I am so excited that Three's A Crowd is listing on PLUS Markets. My team and I will be able to use the PLUS platform to launch the Three's A Crowd brand into new areas and I am especially looking forward to being able to use all my years experience in attending and creating parties to bring real running power to the business."

Chief Executive Mark Emms said today-

“Now we have additional working capital we can launch the Three’s A Crowd brand into new areas such as the online market. On the events side we have some exciting occasions in store over the next few months including a fashion show, a film festival party, some launches and charity galas to bring positive news flow going forward.”
