Gwyneth Paltrow talks macrobiotic diets and media

And on her daughter's name, Apple, Gwyneth says: "It just emerged, we thought it was unique but we didn't expect the media onslaught. I call her Appley-Dappley."
On avoiding the media: "I love it here, I'm really happy... If you never walk down the street together it can stay private. We really value our family life. It [the media] feels very dark now, they want you to fall, throw up or do crack."
And Gwyneth talks about food: "I was seriously macrobiotic for four years. When I got pregnant, it changed. I couldn't go near anything healthy. I love anything fried – fish and chips – Branston pickle, red wine."
And she enjoys a pint of her favourite tipple, Guinness.
This week Jonathan also chats with Robert Downey Junior and Michael Aspel, and there's music from The Ting Tings.
