London Guitar Show Arrives At ExCel

26th January 2007 Print
The UK’s biggest guitar event, the London Guitar Show 2007 comes to ExCel between April 27-29. And with a packed exhibition area and exciting live line-up, the show is set to be the biggest and best yet.

Legendary Brit rockers The Blockheads are to perform at LGS2007 on Saturday 28 April as part of the band’s 30th anniversary; and guitar phenomenon Steve Vai is set to conduct two exclusive masterclasses on the same date (Steve will also be at the show for meet and greet and signing sessions on Sunday 29). Masterclass places are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, the fleet-fingered Phil Hilborne will take to the live stage on both Saturday and Sunday, joined by some equally capable mates including Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain.

Visitors will be spoiled for gear to get their hands on no matter what their musical tastes or level of ability. Brands including PRS, Marshall, Washburn, Line6, Laney, Peavey and Ashdown and many more will be showing off their latest offerings in the exhibition area.

The London Guitar Show is co-sponsored by XFM and the Hard Rock Café, and tickets are priced at £12 in advance (£17 for LGS and Steve Vai masterclass entry) – these can be booked at londonguitarshow.co.uk.
