Midlake Announce UK Tour Dates

Midlake were unquestionably one of the biggest success stories of 2006, with their stunning second album near the top of all end-of-year lists, including the top 10 of both MOJO and Uncut.

Many of their fellow artists also declared it their favourite album of 2006, including the likes of Paul Weller, Tom Smith (Editors), James Dean-Bradfield, Stuart Murdoch (Belle and Sebastian), Joan as Policewoman and Romeo Stodart from The Magic Numbers.

2007 will be the year that Midlake truly infiltrate the mainstream. The guys are about to embark on a huge tour of the US, but will be returning to the UK in April for a week of tour dates to follow the release of the classic “Roscoe”, which is currently being remixed by the cream of the world’s DJ/production talent.

Midlake initially resisted the (many) offers to remix the track - perfect as it is - but the interest was so great that they relented.
