The White Stripes Announce UK Tour Dates

After a brief visit to these shores last month, The White Stripes have announced that they are returning to the UK later this year to play their largest nationwide tour yet.

Arriving in late-October, they are to play the following shows:

Wednesday 24 October - Glasgow SECC
Thursday 25 October - Manchester MEN Arena
Friday 26 October - Newcastle Metro Arena
Sunday 28 October - Birmingham NEC
Monday 29 October - Cardiff International Arena
Wednesday 31 October - Sheffield Hallam Arena
Thursday 1 November - Nottingham Arena
Friday 2 November - London O2 Arena

Tickets for all shows go on sale on Friday the 13th of July from Midday and can be purchased online at Gigsandtours.com, with the exception of their Glasgow date, where tickets will be sold from Pclpresents.com.

The Number 1 album from the white stripes, Icky Thump, is out now.
