Historic London pub gets revamp Raise a glass to London’s history at one of Wandsworth’s oldest pubs. The Brewers Inn has been serving pints to thirsty customers since the 1800s. Looking at the smart interior, it’s hard to believe that this veteran watering hole is more than 200 years old.

Perhaps because The Brewers Inn has just undergone a major refurbishment, costing around half a million pounds. But traditionalists needn’t worry - the pub has retained its historical flavour, while at the same time adopting some stylish modern flair.

A mouth-watering new menu welcomes hungry visitors. Fresh breads and pastries will be baked on the premises each day, as well as a selection of homemade pies and other tasty dishes.

If you don’t see your favourite dish on the menu, just ask! Chef Steve Rochester (ex Carluccios), promises to meet any customer request – as long as he’s got the ingredients.

The introduction of a stylish outdoor Mediterranean-style terrace, ensures that the new-look Brewers Inn will be a favourite with both drinkers and diners all year round.

The star of the show is the stunning new Moroccan room. Available for private hire, this sumptuous space offers the perfect party venue. Capturing the flavour of Marrakech, your guests can lay back on the luxurious Bedouin-style upholstery as they decadently sip from a cocktail. The room is furnished with a giant flat screen TV, making it the perfect venue for a sports night or screening.

The Brewers Inn also offers 16 delightful en-suite rooms for overnight guests. All come with telephones, fridges, tea and coffee facilities and hair dryers. It’s the perfect destination for business and leisure travellers alike.

Whether you’re a guest or a hungry customer, staff will be happy to welcome you bright and early with a hearty English breakfast. Those early birds at The Brewers Inn open their doors at 7am, make sure you’re there to join them!
