Burlesque for beginners

Newly opened Ghost Farringdon, a late night club and cocktail bar, is launching a monthly beginners’ burlesque party encouraging ladies to dress up, drink cocktails and look beautiful.

Starting on Thursday 26th March from 10pm, the Corset & Diamonds party will include an extravaganza of performances from burlesque stars, such as Slinky Sparkles and Millicent Blinks. Ladies will then have the opportunity to learn the art of burlesque for themselves as glamorous star and performer Honey Wilde teaches them the moves.

Female guests that dress up will be allowed free entry on the evening and there will be expert make-up artists on hand throughout the night to help complete guests’ glamorous looks.

In a climate where clubs and bars have to provide something more than the usual night out for guests, Ghost Farringdon will work to continually evolve their events offering and keep people interested and excited. The versatile and eclectic decor of the venue also adds to this – graffiti murals and an industrial warehouse space combines with decadent black glass chandeliers, rotating disco balls and an opulent gothic bed in the VIP area.
