New cocktail celebrates the Chelsea Flower Show

Award-winning South Kensington bar Ghost Inc has created a cocktail featuring edible flowers in honour of this year’s Chelsea Flower Show. This historic event takes place between 19th-23rd May and is quite possibly one of the most beautiful events of the British season.

The talented bar team at Ghost Inc have created an equally beautiful cocktail called ‘The Chelsea Flower’. This delicious drink is a refreshing mix of Elderflower infused Vodka, Stewed Rhubarb, Elderflower Cordial, Sugar Cane Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, topped with Crushed Ice and Perrier Jouet Champagne and a dash of Aperol. The pièce de resistance is an edible pansy flower and mint sprig.
