Cocktails go skinny for London Fashion Week

Sugary cocktails are hardly ideal for catwalk models so to please the fat conscious King’s Road champagne and cocktail bar JuJu has launched a menu of “LFW Skinny Cocktails”.

These drinks are full of nutrients (calcium, fibre, vitamins A,B, C and more) and extremely low in unrefined sugar.

Fashionistas can sample the Sake Mojito, a refreshing blend of sake, fresh mint, lime and honey, the Senza Iced Tea, with vanilla flavoured vodka, senza tea, strawberries, raspberries, lime, and sweetener. Posmo is an exotic mix of freshly squeezed pomegranate, tequila, lime, ginger and agave sweetener and Summer Fruits incorporates vodka, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, fresh lime and honey.

Owners Lee Chapman and Leslie Ash have owned clubs and restaurants for over 10 years, with previous ventures including private members club and restaurant, Teatro, and Souk, Clapham’s premier DJ style bar that they still currently own. They have worked closely with acclaimed designer Martin Brudnizki, whose recent projects include Scotts, St. Pancras Grand and The Ivy Club, to create a truly decadent and unique space.
