Yes Chef! Magazine Launches At Harvey Nichols

Yes Chef Magazine An exciting new catering and hospitality publication, Yes Chef! Magazine is set to launch exclusively at Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor Restaurant & Foodmarket on Wednesday 14 March.

Backed by an experienced editorial board including Heston Blumenthal, Michel Roux, Andrew Fairlie, Gary Rhodes and Brian Turner, this quarterly magazine will preview the latest gastronomic openings, re-visit the most established restaurants and highlight award-winning suppliers and producers within the industry.

To coincide with the Yes Chef! Magazine launch, Harvey Nichols is offering food lovers the chance to take part in the evening and meet members of the editorial board including Michel and Alain Roux from The Waterside Inn, Michel Roux Jn from Le Gavroche and Gary Rhodes from Rhodes’ restaurants, who will be on hand to sign copies of their latest books and help provide those all essential cooking tips.

Customer will be treated to a number of luxury food and drink tastings, including a Champagne reception on arrival, canapés prepared by the celebrity chefs themselves, a selection of Spanish tapas by Riojan chef Ventura Martinez and wine and sherry tastings hosted by Yes Chef! Editor John Radford. Some of Harvey Nichols’ favourite suppliers will also be present to add to the glamour of the evening, providing tastings of delicious cheeses, oils and chocolates.

The Harvey Nichols/Yes Chef! Foodmarket event begins at 7pm on 14 March. Tickets are priced at £20 per person and redeemable against any book purchase on the night. To find out more visit: Harveynichols.com.
