BBC Food launches biggest ever Christmas website The BBC has just rolled out its most impressive Christmas Food website to date at bbc.co.uk/food. You'll find inspiring ideas for the great festive feast from some of the BBC's best-known chefs, including Nigella, Rick Stein and Antonio Carluccio, who'll provide plenty of advice for your Christmas entertaining this year.

As well as traditional Roast turkey with bread sauce from Sophie Grison, BBC Food's six interactive Christmas menus include tempting dishes such as Nigella's Party poussins and Rick Stein's Lemon posset with grilled figs.

For vegetarians, Antonio Carluccio has created a meat-free Italian feast with Fontina cheese fondue with truffle oil to start and Chestnut and mushroom-stuffed cabbage parcels for his main course.

Dishes from each of the chefs' menus can be mixed and matched, and scaled up or down to serve between four and 16 guests. Once you've selected your dishes, you can print off personalised menus for the table, recipes to serve your number of guests (including wine recommendations), a tailored shopping list and tips on sourcing the best ingredients.

To help you cook your chosen recipes like a pro there are online video recipes demonstrating basics such as roasting the turkey and making Christmas puddings, as well as video buyer's guides to choosing and preparing the best goose and turkey.

A sleek canapé section with recipes from some of the UK's top event caterers, in-depth articles about Christmas ingredients, baking and entertaining, and a nifty little Cook's calculator provide all the help the home cook needs this Christmas.

Get all the help you need this Christmas at bbc.co.uk/food.
