English Cherries Are The Pick Of The Crop

25th June 2007 Print
As of now, English cherries have blossomed onto the shelves at Morrisons, two weeks earlier than they did last year. The unseasonal warm weather has provided optimum growing conditions, allowing Morrisons to bring their customers the season’s best British cherries two weeks ahead of schedule.

Michael Jackson, Soft Fruit Buyer for Morrisons said: “Our home-grown, English cherries have been hand-picked from the orchard and delivered fresh into our stores. Deliciously sweet in flavour, juicy and fresh, our English Cherries will give our customers a real taste of summer.”

Morrisons English Cherries are available at £2.99 for 300g in stores from now.
