Crisps – the Kettle way

Chris says “We go to great lengths to make the best tasting crisp in the market and are uncompromising in using only natural ingredients. We never use flavour enhancers such as aspartame or MSG, we just use real potato slices which are hand-cooked in sunflower oil, before adding our natural seasonings – like we always have done”.
Roast Chicken with Rosemary & Thyme – Kettle Chips’ very first meat crisp and the first real chicken crisp available in the UK. Taking the chef’s approach, the seasoning is made by reducing a traditional chicken stock recipe developed by Chris. The flavour is naturally seasoned with thyme, rosemary and lemon. If you are sharing these with friends just remember, that unlike other chicken crisps, they’re not suitable for vegetarians!
Sweet Chilli – Chris wanted an authentic Thai style flavour that captures the amazing taste sensations typical of south-east Asia. He used herbs and spices such as ginger, fennel and cayenne while the sweetness is rounded off with a dash of authentic soy sauce. Enjoy these with a light sour cream dip.
Honey Barbecue – With its tasty mix of honey glazed sweetness and traditional tomato, pepper and onion, this finger-licking recipe will keep you coming back for more. Why not try these with an ice cold beer by the barbecue this summer?
Sour Cream & Chive is a classic combination. It has a simple, clean and creamy taste and is a perfect seasoning for K Chips. Delicious with a glass of dry white wine at a party.
