A healthier way for ‘fast food’

A healthier way for ‘fast food’ More and more frequently, busy lifestyles are making us turn to junk food as a convenient and quick alternative to preparing a proper meal, but there is a hefty price to pay. According to a recent study by Linkoping University*, people who regularly eat junk food are in danger of damaging their livers in as little as one month.

When first introduced microwaves were used for little more than cooking TV dinners, but convenience no longer needs to come at a cost to our health as modern technology makes the possibilities endless.

Whirlpool’s Max Fitness microwave features an Auto Steam function, which steams food to perfection ensuring that vitamins and minerals are locked into the food. As an added practicality, the Jet Defrost option defrosts up to five times faster than conventional microwaves.

The Max Fitness microwave is an affordable way of preparing healthy food and is available in a variety of rich and deep glossy colours, including Merlot Red, Chocolate and Cream.
