Slimline Indian at MS Life
Award winning food writer Mridula Baljekar will be demonstrating her skills in creating fat-free Indian dishes at MS Society’s national conference at Manchester Central, held on 29th and 30th March.Indian food is generally perceived to be highly calorific with ingredients such as nuts and nut pastes, cream and ghee (clarified butter) or generous amounts of oil. Mridula’s revolutionary method of cooking without a drop of oil and using ingredients, which are essential for healthy eating is a welcome change.
Mridula will be demonstrating recipes from her 1999 best-selling book Fat-Free Indian Cooking from Metro Publishing.
