The pack contains: a generous easy-carve leg (2.49 kg), two full six-bone racks (each approximately 325 gm); an 800g pack of diced lamb plus another of minced lamb and, last but by no means least, four packs of loin chop duos (each containing 2 x 113g chops, carefully trimmed to allow a generous portion of fillet and loin-eye).
Freshly delivered in Broad Stripe’s smart stay-cool delivery box, your meat will arrive chilled and stored on reusable chill packs. You can pop it straight into the freezer or store in the fridge (all meat has used-by dates) until needed.
