Fair-trade florals for your home

The Spring 2008 collection of Fairtrade floral arrangements from johnlewis.com brings beautiful flowers into our homes whilst offering a brighter future to farmers and workers in the developing world.

Fairtrade Fortnight (25th February – 9th March 2008) highlights the challenges that producers in the Southern Hemisphere face each and every day, and by supporting this Fairtrade certified collection each of us can play a small part to help the cause.

John Lewis Direct has also extended its flowers by post service to include Fairtrade sunflowers, spray roses and alstroemeria, with prices from £20.

Fairtrade fortnight runs from 25 February – 9th March 2008. Its aim is to raise awareness about Fairtrade and the benefits it brings to farmers and workers in developing countries.
