Vintage beauty

Inspired by beautiful pieces of vintage furniture, the Nuances collection of wood flooring from Broadleaf offers a choice of unique, subtle oak shades which are versatile enough to adapt to a wide range of interiors. Most stained timber is one dimensional and lacks character, Nuances, by contrast, offers natural shades with depth and just a hint of maturity; they are stylish, adaptable, and wholly in tune with the current mood for simplicity and authenticity.

The Nuances range is created using specially blended, semi-opaque hardwax oils which colour naturally without masking the grain of the oak; these are applied to slightly brushed boards which enhance authenticity.

The four finishes in the Nuances collection are:

•Bleached Oak - the ultimate pale floor. This subtle but stunning whitened board is perfect for any room you want to be light, calm and airy.

•Classic Oak - a warm and adaptable floor featuring all of the knots, pretty grain and golden tones that are so characteristic of this beautiful timber.

•Warm Oak - a subtle auburn shade, reminiscent of turn of the century furniture mellowed naturally by the sun, guaranteed to add warmth.

•Rich Oak - a luxuriant nut brown and adds a touch of grandeur to any room. It acts as the perfect foil for opulent textiles and sumptuous colours.

Nuances boards are solid oak, machined from timber sourced from sustainable French forests. They are 145mm wide, fully-finished with eco-friendly Broadleaf Hardwax Oil and can be prepared for use over underfloor heating.
