Official hospitality packages on sale for British Grand Prix 2009

After his heroic exploits in treacherous conditions last July in front of a three-day sell-out crowd, Britain’s Lewis Hamilton, has cemented his name on the summer sporting calendar.
With an accompanying surge in interest, Silverstone is warning the corporate community that only official tickets guarantee trackside facilities and hospitality within the perimeter of the circuit.
Details on a variety of packages to enjoy the carnival atmosphere of Britain’s premier motorsport occasion have been released including the excellent viewing positions at Copse, Brooklands and Vale. Each ticket includes centre access, viewing from terraces, all-day chef’s table and full complimentary bar as well as VIP wallet containing itinerary, information, directions and tickets.
Silverstone Circuits Ltd Managing Director, Richard Phillips, said: “Wimbledon has Murray, Wembley has Rooney and Silverstone now has Hamilton. We were a complete sell-out on all three days in July, and the support for the young Vodafone McLaren Mercedes driver is such that we are preparing for an even earlier run on sales this year.”
The cost of hospitality packages vary depending on the amount of days you wish to attend the event, which is earlier on the calendar in 2009: Friday June 19, Saturday June 20 and race day on Sunday June 21.
Costs range from £200 (Friday ticket) to £1,100 (Sunday ticket). Weekend tickets (Saturday/Sunday) range from £995-£1,165.
