It’s all go for Redrow
It can be a hassle to find the nearest doctor’s surgery, primary school, community centre and pub when you move to a new area, but at Redrow’s soon to be launched Imperial Heights, in Bracknell, there’s no need to worry. The development is located in Jennett’s Park, a joint venture which will showcase between 1,300 and 1,500 new homes. Not content with this, developers have also included a primary school, doctor’s surgery, country park, community centre, commercial area, a public house and two play areas.
Along with fellow house builders Permisson and Charles Church, Redrow will be developing the houses on approximately half of the site’s 270 acres of land. Open space will take up the rest of the area, with the country park being 91 acres.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern) says: “Imperial Heights is an exciting development that will appeal to people from across the board because of its stylish homes and the amenities available literally on their doorstep. Home owners will have everything they need here but if they want to go farther a field to Bracknell, Reading or London, Jennett’s Park is in the perfect place from which to travel.”
First to go on sale are the two-bedroom Argal apartments. Each of these six homes comes with a separate kitchen, with fully fitted appliances, and dining area, double wardrobes in the master bedroom and an en suite shower room.
The two-bedroom Allen apartment will come next, with separate kitchen and open plan dining area and lounge.
Later phases by Redrow will include three, four and five- bedroom houses in detached, semi-detached, terraced and three storey styles, so there should be something for all tastes.
Paul continued: “The various sizes and styles of the homes to be built mean that there will be the right one for everyone. From young couples, to large families, to empty nesters, we’ve got it all here.”
Jennett’s Park is five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes away from Reading. Its location near to the A329 Berkshire Road also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters.
Nearby Bracknell offers shopping centres, restaurants, leisure centres, cinemas and country parks, as well as a gateway to London, which is just over an hour away by train.
