Awhole new way of life is about to begin
The much anticipated launch of Imperial Heights, one of the principal new homes ventures within the flagship Jennett’s Park development, in Bracknell, will take place next week. One of a number of house builders that are helping to build a totally new community in the heart of Royal Berkshire, award-winning Redrow Homes will unveil its exceptional venture on Saturday 24th February.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), comments: “This has been a long time coming and we’re so excited. Our Imperial Heights development is one of the first major phases of new homes at Jennett’s Park and all eyes have been on the launch date.
“So many people have registered their interest in our properties that we are expecting a huge turnout of visitors to our new marketing suite, where they will be able to view house type floor plans, a full scale model of our development and see samples of our specifications.”
Imperial Heights will feature 69 new homes from Redrow’s impressive property portfolio. In the first release will be a clutch of two-bedroom Argal apartments. Each of these six homes has a separate kitchen, with fully fitted appliances. There are double wardrobes in the master bedroom and an en-suite shower room.
Later releases at Imperial Heights will include two-bedroom Allen apartments, and three, four and five-bedroom houses in detached, semi-detached, terraced and three-storey styles, so there should be something for all tastes.
Jennett’s Park is being jointly developed by Persimmon Homes and Redrow Homes (Southern) and will showcase between 1,300 and 1,500 new homes when complete. As one of the major new residential and community projects in Bracknell, Jennett’s Park will include a primary school, doctor’s surgery, country park, community centre, commercial area, two public houses and ten play areas for various age-groups.
Along with fellow house builders Persimmon and Charles Church, Redrow will be building on approximately half of the site’s available residential land. Setting it apart from other developments, open space will be in abundance at Jennett's Park. Approximately half of the total area of the site (270 acres) will be set aside for open space, woodland and recreational areas including a country park of 91 acres in the future.
Jennett’s Park is five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes away from Reading. Its location near to the A329 Berkshire Road also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters.
Join Redrow at the launch of Imperial Heights this Saturday (February 24th) from 10am. The marketing suite will then remain open daily until 5.30pm. For more details please call 01256 366496 or visit jennettspark.co.uk.
