Quick off the mark

The launch, just two weeks ago, saw hundreds of interested home buyers descend on Redrow’s marketing suite at the development near Bracknell – so many in fact that extra help had to be called in from neighbouring Redrow schemes.
One of Jennett’s Park’s main advantages is the abundance of open space, which sets it apart from other developments. Approximately half of the total area of the site (270 acres) will be set aside for woodland and recreational areas including a country park of 91 acres.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern) said: “I have never seen anything like it – this launch was phenomenal. There were hundreds of people here across the opening weekend – even early in the morning. Jennett’s Park has created such a buzz in this area – it’s a really exciting venture and people want to be involved in it.
“The champagne opening with Redrow staff on hand to advise and assist buyers led to eight reservations on the day, and three more since. Buyers could view a scale model of the development along with a DVD presentation of the house types available.”
Imperial Heights will feature 69 new homes from Redrow’s impressive property portfolio. In the first release is a selection of two-bedroom Argal apartments. Each of these six homes has a separate kitchen, with fully fitted appliances. There are double wardrobes in the master bedroom and an en-suite shower room.
Later releases at Imperial Heights will include two-bedroom Allen apartments, and three, four and five-bedroom houses in detached, semi-detached, terraced and three-storey styles to cater for all tastes.
Paul continues: “There was a lot of pre-registered interest in Imperial Heights before the launch, so we knew that it was going to be big. The development has so much to offer to such a wide variety of people, which is the key to its success. Anyone looking for a new, exciting way of life, from downsizers to big families and couples, will find a place to suit them at Imperial Heights.”
As one of the major new residential and community projects in Bracknell, Jennett’s Park will include a primary school, doctor’s surgery, country park, community centre, commercial area, two public houses and ten play areas for various age-groups.
Jennett’s Park is five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes away from Reading. Its location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters.
Jennett’s Park is being jointly developed by Redrow Homes (Southern) and Persimmon Homes and will showcase between 1,300 and 1,500 new homes when complete.
