Business Homes plucks Peacock Lane development site

Business Homes, advised by Savills, has purchased a freehold development site on Peacock Lane, Bracknell from Poundminster.

Specialist office developer, Business Homes, has purchased the freehold interest of the site with potential planning permission for over 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of office development, at a price of £2.8 million.

Simon Glenn, associate director of Savills regional office team, says: “This deal reflects the improving occupier market place as well as Business Homes continued appetite for expansion in the South East. A planning application will be submitted shortly and it is hoped that construction can commence by the end of the summer.”
