Show homes good enough to eat in Bracknell

CGI of the Ouse home type at Imperial Heights Home buyers are being offered the chance to mix business with pleasure this weekend (4th/5th August) in Bracknell, when a selection of show homes can be viewed – and buyers are invited to enjoy a spot of ‘al fresco’ dining.

Redrow Homes is throwing open the doors to its Imperial Heights development, at Jennett’s Park, with a sumptuous champagne barbeque and the chance to win £250 worth of gardening vouchers.

Would-be buyers will also be able to browse through three new show homes – the four-bedroom Tamar, Ouse and a Neale. Each will give a peek into how life at Imperial Heights can be lived, while fully trained Redrow sales consultants will be on hand to answer any questions and give advice along the way.

Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern) says: “This weekend event is a great opportunity for interested buyers to have a look around some of our homes and really get a feel of the community that is going to be created at Imperial Heights.

“The barbeque is the perfect informal opportunity for people to relax and imagine what their life could be like here – while also being able to have all their questions answered about the properties, their specification, our range of indulgent extras and ways we can help them achieve a brand new home.”

The first of the show homes on display is the Tamar. This home comes with a large lounge, kitchen with utility room, separate dining room, cloakroom, understairs storage cupboard, family bathroom, built in wardrobes to two bedrooms and en-suite shower to the master bedroom.

Next on the list is the Neale 3. This three-storey home has a whole extra level of living space dedicated to three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The spacious home also comes with a kitchen/dining room, family room, understairs storage and cloakroom on the ground floor, and lounge and master bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room on the first floor.

Lastly comes the three-bedroom Ouse, which uses its normally redundant roof space for two bedrooms. The remaining floors are used for a lounge, kitchen/dining room, utility room, cloakroom, family bathroom and two further bedrooms – both with fitted wardrobes and en-suite to the master bedroom.

Paul adds: “All three homes have been designed quite differently by our interior designers to appeal to the different target audiences that we are attracting to Imperial Heights. The Neale is quite young and contemporary; in the Tamar we’ve gone for a very grown-up and sophisticated look, whilst the Ouse sits somewhere in the middle as a comfortable family home.”

Prices at Imperial Heights currently range from £218,950 for a two-bedroom coach house apartment to £499,950 for a five-bedroom home.

Jennett’s Park is five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes away from Reading. Its location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters.

As Jennett’s Park develops, it will offer a range of community and recreational facilities such as a primary school, doctor’s surgery, community centre, commercial area, two public houses and ten play areas. The development of between 1300-1500 homes will also have access to large areas of open space, including a country park covering approximately a third of its size.

For an insight into life at Imperial Heights, head down to the show home opening this weekend from 12-4pm off Peacock Lane, Bracknell. Alternatively, visit Jennettspark.co.uk, or Redrow.co.uk online.
