Barratt wins approval for SL-One

Barratt Thames Valley has secured planning permission for SL-One, a contemporary collection of 24 apartments to be built in Farnburn Avenue, Slough.

The two-bedroom apartments will be available for purchase off-plan early in the New Year and prospective buyers should register their interest with Barratt now in order to receive advance notification of the sales release.

The apartments will have a high specification, with smart kitchens that include a range of integrated stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are stylish with an en suite shower room to the second bedroom. Some properties will have balconies while all will have private parking.
