The housebuilder is offering its Dream Start incentive to first time buyers to help them onto the property ladder. This allows them to move into a brand new Barratt home for only 75 per cent of the purchase price, while still owning a full 100 per cent of the property. There is no deposit to pay and Barratt will pay up to £1000 for the Stamp Duty and legal fees.
