Homebuyers can take a step closer to making a smooth move to their dream home next weekend with a visit to Redrow’s superb new homes development in Bracknell (January 26/27).

The housebuilder is holding an open weekend at Imperial Heights at Jennett’s Park to showcase how they can take care of the entire process of selling homebuyers’ existing properties to speed up a move to their new home.

The service is part of ‘re:assure from Redrow’, a package of measures all designed to make moving easier. The assisted sale allows customers to ‘hold’ their dream home for up to four weeks, while Redrow helps them to sell their existing property; all for a minimal fee that’s refunded when they legally complete on their new home.

Redrow will arrange a valuation of their current home, liaise with estate agents on their behalf and take care of all the costs involved by paying legal fees, estate agents fees, the cost of a home information pack (HIP) and even removal fees.

Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Southern), explains: “After arranging the valuation and appointing a trusted local estate agent, we then monitor the agent’s progress on a weekly basis, check up on any viewings, keep the customer updated and generally deal with any ‘red tape’ – leaving the customer with more time to concentrate on planning their move to Imperial Heights.”

Prospective customers can visit the development to speak to a sales consultant about this great offer – and other elements of ‘re:assure’ - between 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday, January 26 and 27. They can also take a tour around four stylish show homes to give them a taster of what life could be like in a beautiful brand new home.

Redrow’s Imperial Heights development is part of Jennett’s Park, a joint housing venture which, as well as featuring a country park of 91 acres in the future, will also come complete with a doctor’s surgery, primary school and 10 play areas.
