A new home that sets you apart

Although the demand for detached living has never slowed down, current government planning regulations to maximise land use mean developers are building fewer detached homes - which can lead to disappointment for home-buyers with aspirations of owning their own ‘separate space.’
Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Southern), said: “Imperial Heights has proved to be a very popular development and the detached properties have been particularly sought-after, helped in part by the fact that truly detached, brand new homes are increasingly rare because of changes in planning legislation that demand higher density developments.
“Detached homes appeal to a variety of customers – especially families and discerning young professionals who want that extra bit of space or privacy. However they can also appeal to friends who have chosen to house-share and investors.”
The four-bedroom Tamar has plenty of room for families, with a spacious lounge, separate dining room kitchen, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor and four bedrooms, en suite and a family bathroom on the first floor. The property also comes with a detached single garage.
In the fabulous five-bedroom Webburn the roof space has been cleverly converted to create a whole extra floor of valuable living space.
The ground floor boasts a lounge, kitchen and roomy dining room as well as a family room that could have any number of uses, from a home gym to a children’s play room – the possibilities are endless.
The master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the first floor, while the ‘ready-made loft conversion’ features the two remaining bedrooms with a handy shower room. The property also comes with a detached double garage.
Home-hunters can now view the stylish Webburn show home at Imperial Heights and picture themselves living in a spacious new property.
Redrow’s Imperial Heights development is part of Jennett’s Park, a joint housing venture which, as well as featuring a country park of 91 acres in the future, will also come complete with a doctor’s surgery, primary school and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.
There is a selection of homes available at the development, including two bedroom apartments, from £218,950, as well as three, four and five-bedroom houses, with prices from £287,950 to £484,950.
Just five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters.
Visit Imperial Heights daily between 10am and 5.30pm to view the four show homes, including the Webburn, or for more information log on to Redrow.co.uk.
