Woodland views provide the ‘wow' factor for new homes

Woodland views provide the ‘wow' factor for new homes Homes overlooking picturesque woodland are still available in Bracknell but buyers will need to hurry if they want to branch out into a room with a view. Although homes at award-winning Redrow's Imperial Heights venture are plentiful, only three properties remain with delightful outlooks over Tamar Copse.

The scenic woodlands next to Imperial Heights have been retained to provide a charming aspect and a major selling point for many of the new homes. Despite the popularity of the views, homebuyers still have the chance snap up a four-bedroom Tamar, Venford or Neale overlooking the copse.

The three-storey ‘Neale' townhouse offers growing families plenty of room to spread out, with a kitchen, a living room and a cloakroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, plus the lounge on the first floor and three further double bedrooms and a bathroom above.

The detached Tamar also has plenty of room for families, with a spacious lounge, separate dining room kitchen, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor and four bedrooms, en suite and a family bathroom on the first floor. The property also comes with a detached single garage.

Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Southern), said: "Imperial Heights has proved to be a very popular development and homes with views of the lovely woodland have been particularly sought-after.

"Our Imperial Heights development is part of Jennett's Park, on the edge of Bracknell. The emphasis is very much on creating a whole new community, with half of the development set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas. As well as featuring a country park of 91 acres future plans also include a doctor's surgery, primary school and 10 play areas, while a new public house has recently opened."

There is a selection of homes available at the development, including two-bedroom apartments, from £199,950, as well as four and five-bedroom houses, with prices from £334,950 to £469,950.

Just five minutes from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 - making it perfect for commuters.

Visit Imperial Heights daily between 10am and 5.30pm, where no fewer than four fully furnished show homes can be viewed or for more details log on to redrow.co.uk.
