Three-bedroom homes from £150,000 at The Parks

The housebuilder's First Time Buyer Initiative - in association with Government agency, English Partnerships - offers affordable homes at The Parks through a programme that is exclusive to the area.
Through the initiative, which sees the government contribute up to 50% of the price, aspiring homebuyers can purchase a brand new three-bedroom home from only £150,000.
Information on George Wimpey's alternative range of money-saving incentives will also be available, and there will be a BBQ and children's entertainer present, to keep the whole family happy.
The ‘Larch' is just one of the three-bedroom homes customers could make their own this summer. This delightful design comprises a spacious lounge with French doors to the garden, a contemporary kitchen with adjoining dining area, a guest cloakroom and separate entrance hallway.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a light and airy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms - which could also be used as a guest room and a study - and a family bathroom.
Like all new three and four-bedroom properties at The Parks, the ‘Larch' enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.
Bracknell is a modern and vibrant town, with a pedestrianised shopping centre and a choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. A £750m regeneration of the town centre is also underway, creating new leisure facilities, transport links and healthcare services. Homes are within easy reach of the centre and a choice of supermarkets.
Local schools have an excellent reputation, with pupils attaining results higher than the national average.
For commuters, the railway station is less than half a mile from the development, offering regular services to London Waterloo in 60 minutes, and Reading in just 20 minutes. The M3 and M4 are a few minutes away by road.
Further information is available by visiting the Sales Information Centre, located off Halifax Road, Bracknell Forest, Bracknell, and open every day from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
