28th August 2008 Print
Twyford-based Millgate Homes has been granted planning permission for a site off Northcourt Avenue in Reading. The development will consist of eleven detached properties built and finished to the exacting standards for which the developer is renowned.

Lying less than 2 miles* from the city centre and close to the University of Reading and Royal Berkshire Hospital, the development will be well placed to benefit from all that the cosmopolitan Reading has to offer, including its renowned Oracle Shopping Centre, lively nightlife and wide range of eateries.

There are also excellent links to London with Reading station offering regular, fast services to London Paddington in as little as 28 minutes**. Meanwhile, the nearby M4 offers access to the national motorway network. There are also some excellent schools in the area, both state and independent.

Work on site is due to start in September 2008, with the first properties due for completion in spring 2009. For more information, log on to Millgatehomes.co.uk.
