With a nod to its prime location in the heart of Royal Berkshire, Redrow's new phase of homes at Jennett's Park has been bestowed with a regal name fit for a Queen. Aaragon Mews, so named after Catherine of Aragon, the first wife of Henry VIII, launches on Saturday, September 20 and will consist of 40 stylish new homes.

Bracknell has boasted many royal connections through the years and is home to Easthampstead Park, which was a favoured Royal hunting lodge in Windsor Forest. It is also where Catherine of Aragon lived while she was awaiting her landmark divorce from Henry VIII.

The first new homes to be released will be a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses. It is the second wave of homes to be launched by Redrow at Jennett's Park and follows on from the success of Imperial Heights.

The new homes will be priced from £149,995 bringing the development in reach of first time buyers looking for a brand new contemporary home on the edge of Bracknell.

Redrow's Aaragon Mews will be part of Jennett's Park, a joint housing venture which, as well as featuring a country park of 91 acres in the future, will also come complete with a doctor's surgery, primary school and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the development is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Just five minutes away from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 - perfect for commuters.

The new homes will be priced from £149,950 for a one-bedroom apartment, from £179,950 for a two-bedroom apartment and from £289,950 for a three-bedroom home.
