Lucky number seven for homebuyers in Bracknell

Lucky number seven for homebuyers in Bracknell Just seven homes remain on the first phase of Redrow's development at Jennett's Park; an exciting new community in Bracknell which will feature recreational facilities and parkland. The success of Imperial Heights has been such that just a handful of contemporary apartments and houses remain for sale and some are ready to move into immediately.

Among the desirable homes available are three stylish two-bedroom coach house apartments, priced from just £164,995. Two of the apartments, which are situated above garages, are detached designs - a rare concept for apartment living, which means the buyer benefits from all the convenience of apartment living, with the benefit of having their own space and no attached neighbours.

The other homes available are all four-bedroom designs with varying layouts that will suit a diverse range of homebuyers.

For example, the Neale is a three-storey townhouse design, priced from £299,995, which offers growing families plenty of room to spread out; with a kitchen, living room and cloakroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, plus the lounge on the first floor and three further double bedrooms and a bathroom above.

The Venford home, from £419,995 is a more traditional two-storey layout with a large kitchen and family room, utility room, lounge, separate dining room, study and downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite, three further bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor.

The ‘Ouse' home, from £329,995, is different again. A modern take on the traditional two-storey home, this house-type has a ready made loft conversion providing ‘rooms in the roof' and an all important third floor of valuable living space. The roomy lounge and open plan kitchen/dining room are located on the ground floor. The first floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as the second bedroom and family bathroom. The top floor is home to two further bedrooms in what would normally be redundant roof space.

Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Southern), said: "Imperial Heights has proved to be a very popular development and this is reflected by the fact we only have seven homes remaining. We have some tempting incentives available on the remaining plots, which could include paying our customers stamp duty or part-exchanging their existing home."

"Our Imperial Heights development is part of Jennett's Park, on the edge of Bracknell. The emphasis is very much on creating a whole new community, with half of the development set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas. As well as featuring a country park of 91 acres, future plans also include a doctor's surgery, primary school and 10 play areas, while a new public house has recently opened."

Just five minutes from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also gives it easy access to the M3 and M4 - making it perfect for commuters.
